sorry this isnt what you asked, but good luck on finding that answer. the government aint trying to help anyone out, nor the president. just themselves. save a lil cash. my bf got a car for 500 dollars, sure its a little old but it runs good and its lasted us almost 2 years already. save your pennies.
Since when is anything in life free? If you get a free car you have to pay for gas, insurance, taxes, registration, etc. etc. etc. Your best bet is to buy a used car or find a government auction. Don’t believe anything would be given to you for free without some kind of catch.
